AIPG Presents its REPAIR Program at the NOBLE Conference

On August 11, Dina Bailey, Director of US Programs, and Stephanie Wright, Program Associate for Research and Online Education, presented at the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives' (NOBLE) conference in Hollywood, Florida. Their presentation, titled "Promoting and Protecting Civil and Human Rights in Policing Practices," supported the conference theme of Ensuring Justice in Public Safety and showcased the successes of AIPG's law enforcement training program, Redefining Policing to Affirm and Instill Human Rights (REPAIR). In their presentation, they illustrated how REPAIR uses best practices from the field of atrocity prevention to help law enforcement departments detect risk factors for identity-based divisions, implement strategies that promote and protect civil and human rights in the U.S., and build resilience in marginalized communities.
